Session 5: Diet & Exercise
To assist in the prevention of relapse;
To encourage participants to adopt a healthy non-smoking lifestyle;
To encourage an understanding of how to control unnecessary eating; and
To encourage an understanding of how to exercise promotes well being and how to exercise wisely.
During Session 5 we dive into long term strategies for maintaining a smoke free lifestyle.
We will deal specifically with weight control issues, and saying, "No" to cigarettes in social situations.
